Returns Policy

Our guarantee is we will give you a 30 day money back guarantee subject to acceptable condition on return, at discretion of Patney Ltd. However we ask that you give Patney a little bit of time, so that you get used to sleeping in a slightly different position and learn to position yourself on the sleep positioner. This normally only takes a couple of nights but does depend on your previous pillow. Was it soft feathers or firm memory foam?

Step 1: Give yourself time to get used to a new sleeping position.

Step 2: If after 5 nights of using Patney you have some questions/concerns please give us a call and we can talk you through some tips and tricks.

Step 3: After 14 nights and no longer than 30 days from the delivery date, if you are unhappy please call so we can understand your concerns. Your feedback is critical to us.

If you are not satisfied with your Patney, we will give you your money back or exchange the product. You will, however, be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product. We recommend that you track the return, just in case it gets mislaid in transit.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept Patney Slip returns, unless the slip is in its original packaging and unopened.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Quality is of the utmost importance to us, we conduct meticulous quality checks on all of our products and packaging before sending it to you. Should however, your Patney arrive damaged, or in a faulty condition, please tell us immediately. We ask that you return Patney in its original wrapping and packaging so we can investigate how it was damaged. In instances where the product is found to be faulty or damaged during delivery, we will replace the product and refund the postage or courier cost.

We cannot accept items for refund or exchange when they have been damaged by the customer.
